By accessing and using The Stage Time ("the App", "the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

The Stage Time is a platform that provides information about performing art events, theatre plays, comedy shows, music concerts, and exclusive live entertainment. The Service allows users to:

• Browse and search for performance art events
• Reserve spots for events (RSVP)
• Share event information with friends
• Receive notifications about upcoming performances
• Contact event organizers

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or local regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive content

When you reserve a spot for an event through the Service:

• Your reservation is subject to seat availability and final confirmation
• Event organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify event agendas
• You may be required to provide check-in information to the event organizer
• Cancellation policies vary by event and are set solely by the event organizers
• We are not responsible for event cancellations, schedule changes, or booking issues

The Service and its original content, brand assets, code base, features, and functionality are owned exclusively by The Stage Time and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or transmit any of the material on our Service without prior written consent.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the service will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the results obtained will be accurate or reliable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE STAGE TIME, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Stage Time, its licensee and licensors, and their employees, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Stage Time operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

The Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Stage Time regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements relating to your use of the Service.
